Spring Baseball

As you all know, Jason is a baseball coach for Bartlett High. He is the head JV (9th and 10th grade) coach. He works really hard to be a good coach and a good example for the kids and be as positive with them as possible always. We have had a good start to the season so far. I have taken Chase to a few games this spring. So he is really beginning to "feel his oats" at the field. He thinks it is one big playground and he owns it! He loves riding the tractor with daddy to drag the field between games, so we always try to hit right at the end of the JV games and before the Varsity starts. Here are a few pictures and I promise, these were not posed.....I think I may have a little baseball player on my hands!

Found his way into the dugout and borrowed some equipment

Looks like he is waiting for a ball!
Playing catch with one of J's players
Running the bases with daddy
Watering the field for the next game (keeps down dust, so I am told!)

I know there are many more baseball games to come and many more photos. I posted these on Facebook also. Our next big adventure is Chase's 3rd birthday next week. I am just praying it does not rain! 60% is the forecast, but I will pray for a change in forecast by Saturday!
