Spring Break 2013

Our spring break started out with a trip to MS to visit my mom and grandmother.  My mamaw has a benign brain tumor and has to make a huge decision about having it removed.  She goes to the doctor this week so I am praying over that.   She is 84 and in good health for the most part.   Chase enjoyed visiting with her and I think seeing him lifted her spirits.   We went shopping while there, but did not do a lot.  My allergies were in high gear and I didn't start feeling better until about Wednesday of last week.  We also went to a lot of Jason'a baseball games and the zoo. We went to a good friend's 10th birthday part at Pump it Up.  Other than that, we just enjoyed the break.   I am looking forward to taking Chase Easter Egg hunting and to his 5th birthday party at Rivercity Gymnastics  in the next few weeks!  Wow! 5 years old!  I can't believe he will start Kindergarten in a few short months.  I. AM. NOT. READY!!   Here are a few pics of our break!  I think I will head to MS again this weekend.  Jason is playing near Nashville so he will be gone and my mom works Easter weekend.  After that..more baseball I am sure!

Stingrays were awesome! They wanted you to pet them.  It was super neat! 

Chase and his Rescue Bots.  These things are hard to find and he will be surprised Easter to get 2 that he has been DYING for!  They are not expensive, just in high demand, I think. 

Had to help Anna Garris with her cake, candles, and gifts!  Chase calls her Sissy.  He loves her! Poor only child..she is too, so they are a pair! 

We have to get to the baseball field at least 30 min prior to game time so he can ride the drag tractor.  We were almost late one day and I think he would have died if he missed it.

He adores his cousin Parker.  Tries to do everything he does at the field.  Parker and Taylor, his cousins on the team are so sweet to him and let him hang out with them before and after the game.
