New House... FINALLY

Many of you know we have been trying to sell our house in Cordova for YEARS...like since 2007ish.   We would put it up, take it down, put it back up.  It has became a spring tradition.  We had it sold once before, but it just wasnt right and the offer was not a good deal. It is hard to sell in Cordova since it was annexed.  Well, while we were on vacation, we finally sold it!  I was almost sick when our agent told us the buyer wanted us out by the 16th of July, but we worked with her and got it moved to the 27th, my birthday.   So we will close on our house and on the new one.   We found a new Grant home in Bartlett and immediately loved it.  We looked at about 10 houses in Bartlett, Arlington, and Lakeland, but went back to this one.  It has 4 bd, 3 ba, a hearth room, bonus room, and large yard.   We are beyond blessed and excited!   I have prayed for years that when it was in God's plan for us to move that it would happen and for us to be patient and wait.  I am so glad that prayer was answered.  Chase has mixed feelings.  He loves this house he has lived in, but is excited to have an upstairs and playroom.   I am excited to have a dining room.   I know it is crazy and many don't use them, but being from a small awesome town in MS, everyone get china for their wedding.  I have some nice stuff that I can't wait to display.  Also, to have room for everyone to eat when we have company over, will be great!  Now, I just have an eat-in.  I had a ball at Great American Home Store's 4th of July sale!  I got lots of stuff for the new house.  We got the builder to throw in a fridge since the lady wanted our fridge, washer, and dryer.  J went to Best Buy for their 4th sale and got a new washer/dryer set and a TV for the bonus room.  We will be set!   We now are in the cleaning out phase.  Goodwill has gotten a lot of stuff!   Packing will begin next week.  We move the 27th and 28th, then school starts on the 30th.  Where has the summer gone!!
